Better Buildings, Inc. Provides Contracting Services for Amigos Phase 2

Better Buildings, Inc. (BBINC) was selected by Amigos LLC to provide contracting services for the construction of Amigos Phase 2, a 48,060sf industrial building located at Ironbridge Blvd. in Fort Myers. The building will utilize a pre-engineered steel building system that is 180 feet wide and 267 feet long with an eave height of 28 feet. The building utilizes nine truck bays with dock levelers and two large 20-foot by 16-foot roll doors with ramp access. This will be BBINC’s second project with Amigos LLC. In 2019, BBINC constructed Amigos Phase 1, which was a 40,000sf building. Both phases are used for distribution type facilities. The building is scheduled to be completed in October 2025.

BBINC has also announced its inaugural partnership with Fort Myers TipOff and lntersport, LLC. BBINC celebrates the tournament’s eighth year of bringing exciting and nationally televised college basketball to Fort Myers. The tournament will take place at Suncoast Credit Union Arena on Nov. 24-27.

Better Buildings is a Fort Myersbased general contracting company that specializes in pre-engineered steel buildings, including industrial, commercial and aviation-related structures.
