LQ Commercial has added Colleen Cleary as an associate at its Fort Myers office. Cleary brings 20 years of media strategy and consumer relations experience, having worked with major brands like Kroger, Target, OXO, and Procter & Gamble. She develops communication strategies for retail, office, industrial, and land assets and provides services including tenant representation, landlord leasing, and property sales. Cleary joins marketing and sales specialists Joey Gulino and Nick Matson on LQ’s Southwest Florida team.
