KOVA Commercial Group has announced the sale of a retail and office shopping center and a multi-tenant investment property in Collier County.

Island Plaza, an approximately 70,823sf retail and office shopping center at 3058–3078 Bald Eagle Drive on Marco Island, sold for $26.6 million. KOVA Property Management has also been awarded the contract to manage Island Plaza.

The property was fully leased at the time of sale.
