Phil Fischler Earns SIOR Designation

Phil Fischler of Fischler Property Company has earned the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS.

The SIOR designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals specializing in industrial and office brokerage who meet strict experience, education and ethical standards. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of qualifying experience and complete SIOR’s ethics requirements.

SIOR is an international professional organization based in Washington, DC, with more than 4,000 members in over 50 countries.

Fischler also holds the CCIM designation. Fewer than 1% of commercial real estate professionals nationwide hold both the SIOR and CCIM credentials.
