Julian LH Stokes II, MAI, has joined CRE Consultants as a commercial real estate associate. Stokes brings more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in executing high-value real estate financial analysis, conducting feasibility studies and delivering strategic investment insights for commercial, residential and special-purpose properties.

Stokes analyzes market trends, assesses financial viability and supports developers in maximizing project potential, and is also well-versed in navigating complex zoning regulations, structuring asset breakdowns and facilitating high-stakes transactions.
