

CarbonSix Construction has started two new projects in Naples and Estero.
In Naples, CarbonSix has begun an interior renovation for Houck Dermatology. The tenant improvement project includes demolition, new underground electrical and sanitary systems, metal framing and drywall, updated flooring and paint, new cabinetry and countertops, and refreshed lobby finishes. Construction began in late March and is expected to be completed in about three months.
In Estero, CarbonSix has been awarded the contract to build the new Miromar Lakes Golf Maintenance Building for Miromar Development Corporation. The 2,800sf metal building will include three offices, a restroom, warehouse space, full sitework and underground utilities.
The Naples project team includes Project Manager Anthony Vilchez, Superintendent Jay Stowell and Project Coordinator Sarah Krupski. GMA Architects, led by Zachary Smith, serves as the project architect.
