Halter Holdings, LLC has broken ground on Phase I of The Hub at Daniels, a 160,920sf, five-building industrial park at Saddle Road and Halter Lane in Fort Myers.
Phase I includes Building 500, a 36,900sf structure with 18 units of 2,010sf each, along with infrastructure for future buildings. The building is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2027. Colliers’ Dan Miller and Dan Rockenstein are the exclusive leasing agents. Phoenix Associates of Southwest Florida is the general contractor and designer.
The park is designed as a Class A, technology-forward industrial campus for service-oriented businesses, contractors, technology firms and other professional users. Located near Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue, it offers signalized access via Halter Lane and is less than five minutes from I-75 and Southwest International Airport.
Building features include lightningfast fiber optic internet; 24/7 security camera access, private tenant portal, 14-by-14-foot overhead doors, private restrooms, full air conditioning; and interior clear heights from 17 to 34 feet. Optional in-house design-build services will help tenants plan and execute buildouts. “The Hub Community” portal encourages collaboration and promotes tenants’ services within the campus.
