Chris-Tel Construction has named Michael “Mike” Carmean as vice president of finance.
Carmean brings more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership, operations and organizational development in the construction and insurance industries. In his new role, he will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and strategic planning.
Before joining Chris-Tel, Carmean held senior financial leadership positions with Florida-based construction firms, managing multi-state financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise system implementations.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and has earned multiple professional certifications, including a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
