Restaurant Chain Celebrates National Chicken Salad Day

Chicken Salad Chick recently celebrated its first nationwide National Chicken Salad Day, with all four Southwest Florida locations participating.

The promotion offered a complimentary scoop of chicken salad to guests who joined the Chicken Salad Chick rewards program and generated more than 149,000 new members nationwide, including over 61,000 signups in one day.

Following the successful event, Chicken Salad Chick plans to make National Chicken Salad Day an annual celebration.
