GATE S Expands Staff, Lands Medical Renovation Contract

GATE S Construction has hired Jon Zander as senior project manager.

Zander has 22 years of experience in the construction industry, with an emphasis on healthcare, educational and government facilities construction. At GATES, he is responsible for coordinating projects from preconstruction to occupancy.

A native of Michigan, Zander received his B.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.

In other news, the company has been chosen to renovate the Fluoroscopy X-ray Equipment and Area at Lehigh Regional Medical Center at 1500 Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres. The project includes demolishing and upgrading all existing equipment, structures and systems with state-of-theart replacements. Construction is expected to begin this winter.
