Brokers with LandQwest Commercial have negotiated a number of significant sales in recent months.
One of the most talked-about transactions of the year was the $5.15 million sale of an 18-acre parcel at 4944 Cleveland Avenue, across from Page Field in Fort Myers.
Brett E. Low represented the buyer, 2534 Santa Barbara, LLC, in purchasing the former Page Field Mobile Home Park from U.S. 41 Page Field, LLC. Plans to develop the parcel include five acres of retail and a 13-acre multi-family residential complex.
“The project, now known as Grand Central, will be a thriving multi-use development that capitalizes on its U.S. 41 exposure,” said Low. “We are working with some exciting tenants to transform this neglected site into a flourishing commercial and residential destination, and look forward to announcing those names soon.”
Also in Fort Myers, LandQwest founder and principal John Mounce negotiated the $3.3 million sale of a 20- acre multi-family site at 16951 Pine Ridge Road. 360 Sanibel, LLC, purchased the property from Summerlin Ridge, LLC.
