CRE’s Wallace Awarded SIOR Designation

Dave L. Wallace, CCIM, SIOR, of CRE Consultants, has achieved the SIOR Office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors based in Washington, D.C.

To achieve the designation, Wallace completed at least five years of creditable experience in office real estate, met stringent education requirements and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.

Wallace is an office/industrial and investment commercial real estate specialist for CRE with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. During that time, he has worked in all facets of commercial real estate in Southwest Florida and upstate New York, where he sold, managed and leased a single 5,000,000sf complex.
