Andrew Saluan, owner and managing broker of Naples-based AJS Realty Group, recently negotiated the $1.04 million sale of a 5,400sf medical office building at 1735 Heritage Trail in Naples.

Jeffrey L. Zimm, MD, PA , was the buyer. Saluan represented the seller, Countryside Commons SWF, LLC.
