National Retailer Selects GATE S and ASKMARK For Major Renovation Project

GATE S Construction and ASKMARK Construction have begun renovations on the former Sports Authority building in Cape Coral, soon to be home to another national retailer — Burlington.

Located at 1810 N.E. Pine Island Road, the 40,178sf retail space is being completely rebuilt to include a larger stock area, as well as a new store entrance, offices and break room. Doing so required the interior demolition of existing walls, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and flooring.

Herschman Architects designed the project, which is slated for completion this spring.
