Reservations Being Taken For Luxury Storage Facility, Poised to Open

Elite RV & Boat Storage in south Lee County is taking reservations in advance of its grand opening in January. The premier storage facility is located just off Alico Road near I-75, making it convenient to both Naples and Fort Myers.

At buildout, the facility will include 255 covered and fully enclosed storage units that can accommodate luxury recreational vehicles and high-end boats. Individual units will range from 12 feet wide and 36 feet deep up to 24 feet wide and 60 feet deep.

Owner and developer Guy Paparella says that Elite RV & Boat Storage meets a growing demand for secure, largescale storage with amenities. “That’s extremely important for individuals whose RVs and boats could be valued at upwards of $1 million,” he adds.

Features of the facility include an on-site caretaker and property manager, gated entry and 24/7 video surveillance with a motion detection system. Also, a secure website allows customers to complete online reservations and make payments electronically.

Amenities at Elite include: 30-amp electrical connections; a sewer pumpout station; wash bay; vacuum and air stations; and extra-wide drive aisles for easy maneuvering into the units.
