Island Storage Suites Sells Out First Phase, Begins Second Phase

Construction of Island Storage Suites’ Phase 2 is underway by Allan Development Group, following the sell-out of Phase 1. Upon completion of the second phase, Island Storage will contain a total of 48 suites.

Located at 10950 Old South Way in south Fort Myers, the customizable, climate- controlled storage condominiums are being marketed as “man caves,” to meet the demand for discreet, secure storage with special features and amenities.

The garage-style units are available in two floor plans, and offer features such as individual utility connections, 125-amp electric service, Cat-5 wiring, stubbed-out plumbing for optional full bathrooms, as well as LED strip lighting.
