Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, LLC has begun construction on 850 Central, a 22-unit, three-story condominium in midtown Naples. Located just five blocks from Fifth Avenue and minutes from the beach, the development also will include street-level retail and offices.
For the past year, Connor & Gaskins has assisted Platinum Developments and MHK Architecture & Design with preconstruction services to bring the project from conception to reality. Construction began in November.
The residences will range from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet, with two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, as well as deeded parking spaces. A second-level amenity deck will feature a pool and an open area for residents.
Connor & Gaskins was launched in 2010 by Barry Connor and Craig Gaskins. The firm provides general contracting, development, design-build and construction management services, and specializes in luxury condos, hotels, high-rises, mid-rises, resorts and other project types from Florida to California.
