Enviseo Properties, LLC purchased an office building from Talon Properties, Inc. in Bonita Springs for $1.94 million. The 15,838sf property is on 1.56 acres at 8800 Bernwood Parkway, Bonita Springs.
Brandon Stoneburner, executive managing director, office services, and Michael Ciccarello, director, office services, with Colliers International, facilitated the transaction. Enviseo Properties is owned by Innovative Dermatology, which leases 25% of the building. The property features high-end finishes, 63 surface parking spaces, and high visibility of U.S. 41. The building was more than 50% occupied at the time of the sale.
