GATES Construction Completes New Storage Facility

GATES Construction has completed The Lock Up Self Storage facility at 12700 University Drive in Fort Myers.

The three-story, 106,016sf climatecontrolled building contains 849 units from 5’x5′ to 10’x40′. Partners In Design Architects provided design services for this project.
