Seagate Hosts Groundbreaking of Alico Trade Center

Seagate Development Group broke ground at the 40-acre Alico Trade Center site at the corner of Alico and Oriole Roads in early July, with several dozen Lee County and business leaders attending the ceremonial groundbreaking celebration.

The land is being cleared for the first 35,000sf facility as well as other to-beannounced design-build projects. This first tenant space will include offices, a reception area, a conference room, training and break rooms, workstations, a warehouse with high-dock and gradelevel doors, and 100 parking spaces. It is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021, with all other singletenant, flex and/or industrial buildings to be completed on an ongoing basis.
