Waltbillig & Hood Reports Market Expansion

Naples-based construction manager Waltbillig & Hood is celebrating five years in business with its expansion into new markets in Florida, and North and South Carolina.

The firm was founded in 2016 by Jay Waltbillig and Brian Hood. It’s origi­nal team of six has now grown to 30.To support its continued growth and meet the need for skilled construction man­agers, Waltbillig & Hood is developing an internship program in partnership with Florida Gulf Coast University’s construction management program.

The company was recognized in 2019 by the Lee County Building In­dustry Association as one of the best commercial contractors for projects in office, retail and healthcare, and in 2020 by the Collier County Building Industry Association for best healthcare facility and best commercial projects.
