Seagate Development Group is nearing completion of a 35,000sf facility for Rice Insulation & Glass at Alico Trade Center in Fort Myers. A 3,000sf office for sales and management teams will include a reception area, conference room, offices and workstations, training and break rooms, closets and restrooms. A 32,000sf warehouse featuring high-dock and grade-level doors will store insulation, glass, shower door and shelving materials. Completion is estimated by second quarter.
