Seagate Hires New Manager, Director

Seagate Development Group has added a new human resources manager and director of residential purchasing.

In her role as HR manager, Kathy Rossi leads recruitment efforts, further develops corporate human resource policies and advis­es team members. Rossi has 25 years of HR experience with companies of all sizes. She earned a bache­lor’s degree from International Col­lege and a master’s degree in strategic HR management from Walden Univer­sity, and is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resource Certification Institute.

As director of residential pur­chasing, Bob Schneider manages the purchasing process for Seagate model and custom homes as well as remodel projects throughout South­west Florida. He sources new sup­pliers, establishes relationships with vendors and nego­tiates purchasing contracts. Schnei­der, a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, has worked in a variety of roles for local builders and developers, and is proficient in a variety of industry software.
