Seagate Announces New Contract, New Gallery Location

Seagate Development Group is leading the development and building services for construction of California Closets’ new 40,000sf facility in Southwest Florida. Construction will begin during the second quarter of 2023 and be completed during the first quarter of 2024. The complex will include 35,000sf of warehouse space and 5,000sf of office space covering 4 acres within South Fort Myers’ Alico Trade Center, Seagate’s 40-acre business park development north of Alico Road near I-75. California Closets designs and delivers custom organizational solutions for closets and systems.

Additionally, Seagate has announced it is opening the 2000sf Seagate Design Gallery at Miromar Design Center in Estero. The gallery will serve clients that are building, renovating or remodeling their homes, as well as host clients of Theory Design – Seagate’s fast-growing luxury interior design division. The gallery, which features vignettes detailing products and finishes, will allow clients to conveniently and efficiently select everything they need for the interior and exterior of their project.
