Tri-Town Expands Footprint, Adds New Service

Tri-Town Con­struction opened a new headquar­ters building in the Gateway commu­nity of Fort Myers. The facility includes 6,000sf of offices, showrooms and de­sign studios, along with a 7,000sf ware­house. The building was designed to in­spire clients with previews of Tri-Town’s capabilities. Functional areas, including the reception, lobby, kitchen and din­ing room, show clients examples of the company’s construction services. Some offices have themed designs that repre­sent a range of client tastes and prefer­ences. A large showroom allows clients to browse building products, including tiles and countertops.

The new headquarters allowed Tri- Town to launch a new division, Florida Roofing and Gutters, to provide property owners with the experience and expertise of a leading roofing specialist.
