Chris-Tel Construction began construction on a roughly 6,500sf tenant improvement project for Personal Touch Landscaping, a landscape and lawn care company serving residential and commercial industries in Southwest Florida.
Personal Touch is preparing the space for the company’s new office in Fort Myers. The project includes site work and the complete interior renovation of an existing warehouse to accommodate the company’s growing business demands. The renovation project is being completed in conjunction with Studio A.D. Architect.
