GCG Construction Completes Retail Project in Estero

GCG Construction, Inc. has completed the Estero Commons project, a significant addition to the burgeoning commercial landscape of Estero.

Estero Commons is a newly constructed ground-up vanilla shell building, designed for Stock Development. The 4,781sf project is thoughtfully divided into three future tenant spaces. The exterior façade of Estero Commons adheres to the Village of Estero design requirements, boasting multiple parapet elevation changes and three distinct towers crowned with elegant barrel tile roofs.

The building’s exterior is adorned with aluminum awnings, pergolas, decorative tile accents and stacked stone column bases, adding to its visual appeal. Sitework included the creation of additional parking spaces, complete with a drive-thru lane behind the building. The project included installation of a new dumpster enclosure featuring decorative metal gates.
