CarbonSix Construction proudly announces its latest project: a stunning phase project renovation at the beautiful Seascape of Hickory Island, an exclusive beachside condominium location on Southwest Florida’s picturesque Bonita Beach.
The Seascape of Hickory Island, celebrated for its serene Gulf-front views and upscale amenities, is undergoing multiple enhancements with modern upgrades designed to elevate residents’ lifestyles and preserve the beauty of this unique beachfront community.
The amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy will include all-new pickleball and basketball courts, a shuffleboard area, a geothermal pool and deck, kayak and bike racks, a walkway and viewing deck with beach access, new parking lot pavement, and a custom gate surrounding the grounds.
Working with GMA Architect & Planners, Zachary Smith and JR Evans Engineering’s Faleesha Fernandez, CarbonSix will restore areas devastated by previous hurricanes and renovate existing structures. CarbonSix Construction also recently completed the remodel and expansion of Dos Sabores Restaurant, an authentic Mexican dining destination located in Fort Myers. The $350,000 renovation transformed and expanded the space into an inviting restaurant that blends traditional Mexican charm with modern functionality, providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.
Led by Chef Ramiro Ruiz, Dos Sabores specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine, including freshly made guacamole, signature margaritas, and an array of flavorful dishes. CarbonSix Construction’s expert craftsmanship played a pivotal role in creating a space that matches the quality of the food and drink it serves.
The remodel included upgraded kitchen equipment, new restrooms to enhance guest convenience and comfort, updated mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, firewall installation and custom finishings imported from Mexico.
Working closely with Ashmore Design of Bonita Springs, this project captures the essence of traditional Mexican culture with modern design elements to create an immersive dining experience.
