Alico ITEC Park Readies Auto-Storage Facility

Construction is well underway at Alico ITEC Park (Innovation, Technology, Enterprise, Commerce), a 1.2 million sf industrial space in the northeast quadrant of Alico Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway in Fort Myers.

Recently, Advanced Hurricane Technologies closed on what will be a 48,000sf, three-acre manufacturing facility. It will be located on Tract H as part of a two-location consolidation. More than 13 total acres have been reserved for a construction business, flexible commercial space, and special purpose building. This leaves 19 available lots, ranging from .5 to 1.18 acres, for retail and commercial users. All but six of those lots face Alico Road. ITEC is also offering eight tracts, ranging from 2.15 to 25.66 acres, most of which offer Airport Haul Road frontage for light and heavy industrial use.

One of the most significant projects at Alico ITEC Park is My ITEC Place, a 22,000sf luxury auto and storage facility slated for completion by May. With Phoenix Associates as the builder, the facility offers 22 units starting in the mid-$100s. Ranging from 513sf to 1,330sf, the units are large enough for cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, and warehouse options. Standard unit features include 14’-wide, impact-glass doors, LED lighting, fire sprinklers, and plumbing for a private bath, plus common bathrooms, high-speed fiber internet service, climate control, 16- to 18-foot ceilings, deeded parking space, and optional mezzanines.
