CarbonSix Construction added Ed Farrell and Gavin Vilchez to its growing team as the company tackles additional projects.

Farrell is a superintendent with over 30 years of diverse construction experience and is leading the fire damage restoration of a condominium unit and the surrounding complex at Charleston Square Village in Naples. Vilchez is a superintendent who relocated to Florida from Michigan with a strong background in residential and commercial construction. He is managing the renovation phase project at Seascape of Little Hickory Island in Bonita Springs. Both will work at the Bonita Springs office.

CarbonSix is partnering with the Charleston Square Condominium Association in Naples on a comprehensive fire damage restoration project that includes demolition, spray foam insulation, extensive truss repair and full roof replacement, addressing both a private residence and the shared building infrastructure.

In Estero, CarbonSix is collaborating with Miromar Development Corporation to construct a new maintenance facility at University Village. The ground-up build will support ongoing operations and enhance service efficiency for the property.
