CRE Consultants Welcomes Trio of Newcomers

CRE Consultants, a com­mercial real estate and proper­ty management firm, has added three new team members.

Monique Ferns is an asso­ciate working in collaboration with CRE Partner Fred Ker­mani and specializes in buyer and tenant representation in all sectors. She works with domes­tic and international business owners, as well as investors.

Kathleen Harris is executive assis­tant to Founding Partner Randal Mercer and assists with daily operations and provides concierge-level customer service to clients. She works within the brokerage division.

Dawn Sanchez is a senior real estate manager in the Fort Myers office and provides full tenant relations, accounts receivable and payable, lease administration, risk manage­ment, budget preparation and construction management ser­vices.
