Jeanette Jerger has joined GATES Construction as project coordinator at the company’s Sarasota office.
Jerger has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and in her new role works closely with superintendents and project managers to provide administrative support. As such, she is responsible for permitting and the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
Also in Sarasota, GATES has begun building 89 Beach, a luxury condominium on Siesta Key Beach. Upon completion, the building will contain six high-end residences with three elevators, as well as multiple cabanas, a second-level pool deck, WiFi smart home technology, beachfront views and electric car-charging stations.
