GCG demolished the first and second floors of the future headquarters of Midland Trust. They will facilitate the restructuring of new interior walls and ceilings, adding plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC and fire sprinkler updates. The project is slated for completion first quarter of 2022.

They are replacing existing asphalt pavement with new concrete at Marine Max Marina in Sarasota which will accommodate the marina forklift and boat storage operations. The first phase was projected to be finalized at the end of 2021 with phases to follow which will include new fixed and floating docks.

Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House in Casey Key, the new 9,900sf two-story building is in the final stages of having the exterior stucco work completed. The interior will feature an open kitchen plan, fresh seafood market as well as a separate dining room which can host parties or office meetings. It is slated to be completed in the Spring of 2022.
