GCG Construction, Inc. has completed its transformative project at Port Sanibel Marina.
The project included expanding the marina’s building to a height of approximately 58 feet, creating a structure spanning 31,949sf. The architecture was designed by PDS Architecture, Inc. The marina now boasts an additional 147 indoor boat slips and nine indoor trailer slips. A fire suppression system and an improved site lighting system were also added.
Civil Engineering by Hole Montes, a Bowman company, provided the site design and landscaping enhancements. The marina received dock repairs and new installations with marine engineering and design by Hans Wilson & Associates. The project included the construction of an approximately 860-foot retaining wall, strategically designed to separate the building from the wetland.
