Naples-based KOVA Commercial, LLC, has fully leased the Orion Center at 6631 Orion Drive in Fort Myers to the following tenants:
• Trattoria Mia: 2,043sf of retail space in Suite 107. (Eric Edwards)
• PharmiCare: 1,260sf of retail space for four years in Suite 110. (Eric Edwards)
• Brown & Brown Insurance: 9,960sf for five years in Suite 201. (Eric Edwards and Janet Davis represented the landlord and Adam Palmer/LandQwest represented the tenant.)

Additional Leases
• American Eagle Mortgage: 3,924sf of office space from KOVA Commercial at 9130 Galleria, Suite 101 in Naples. (Janet Davis)
• Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners: 1,950sf of office space from KOVA Commercial at 9045 Strada Stell Ct., Suite 305 in Naples. (Eric Edwards represented the landlord and Dave Wallace/CRE represented the tenant.) Also at 9045 Strada Stell Ct., a local technology firm has leased the entire second floor totaling 12,104sf of office space. (Clint Sherwood/IPC Naples represented the tenant.)
