• Trattoria Mia:

• PharmiCare:
1,260sf of retail space for four years in Suite 110. (Eric Edwards)
• Brown & Brown Insurance:
9,960sf for five years in Suite 201. (Eric Edwards and Janet Davis represented the landlord and Adam Palmer/LandQwest represented the tenant.)
