LSI Names New VP of Land Services

Rhonda Brewer has joined LSI Companies, Inc. as the senior vice president of land services.

Brewer brings more than 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for all aspects of land services. Her role includes deciphering feasibility, zoning, entitlements, permitting and compliance, development management, and ongoing asset management.

Before joining LSI, Brewer held executive-level positions developing numerous master-planned communities throughout Florida. She has an MBA in finance and a master’s degree in landscape architecture.
