Bimini Square, a new mixed-use development featuring luxury apartments, health care, waterfront dining and a marina, is coming to Cape Coral. The concept is led by Crown Development owners Larry and Matt Nygard.

The five-story apartment building at Bimini Square will offer a variety of unique floorplans ranging from studio to penthouse styles, and all the homes will feature private balconies. Residents will have access to private amenities. A seven-story parking garage will be for Bimini Square residents and public use, and boat slips will also allow guests to travel by water.

Lee Health will occupy a two-story outpatient clinic and offices that will bring new specialty services to the region, including pediatric and mental health services. Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House will be located in a separate 8,000sf outparcel building with 360-degree views of the waterfront. Additionally, a locally owned restaurant will be sidewalk accessible to visitors from Cape Coral Parkway.

The project also entails upgrading the surrounding infrastructure. Bimini Square is projected to be complete by fall 2025. Construction partners include Brooks & Freund, PDS Architecture, Avalon Engineering, GMA Architects & Planners, Hans Wilson & Associates, Passarella & Associates, Velocity Engineering Services and more.

Bimini Sqaure is a new mixed-use development featuring luxury apartments, waterfront dining, health care and marina. Located just west of Four Freedom Parks at 440 Cape Coral Parkway E., the 6-acre lot will be home to 218 residential units and 58,000sf of nonresidential space.
