PBS Contractors Begins Construction on New Projects

PBS Contractors has begun an office renovation project for Wilmington Trust in Naples. The project includes interior demolition of the existing office and renovation of numerous offices, two conference rooms, a lobby, lounge area and employee break room.

Wilmington Trust is part of M&T Bank, one of the 15 largest U.S.-owned, commercial bank holding companies. The firm’s services include trust and estate, investment management, private banking, family office, custom aviation, marine, art and unique property lending to clients in South Florida and all across the country.

PBS Contractors has also begun construction for The Woodruff Institute for Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery’s new Bonita Springs location and Naples Bayfront expansion.

The new Bonita Springs office, in collaboration with Natasha Pereira Interior Design and MHK Architecture, has a scope of work that includes several exam rooms with high-end finishes, employee offices, a breakroom, waiting room and esthetician room.

The Naples Bayfront expansion includes an additional six exam rooms, employee workstation, call center and lab room. The project’s design partners are MHK Architecture and Wegman Design Group.

The Woodruff Institute provides services ranging from medical dermatology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, body contouring, and skin care and spa services. The latest projects are PBS Contractors’ third and fourth projects for Woodruff Institute.
