Seagate Completes Premier Storage Facility

Seagate Development Group, LLC, recently completed University Storage at 20091 Tiburon Way in Estero, just south of the intersection of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Estero Parkway.

The three-story, 90,000sf facility consists of climate-controlled indoor and drive-up exterior storage options. Approximately 600 storage units are available in sizes ranging from 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 30’, with 19 un-airconditioned exterior drive-up units. Also, there are security safeguards throughout the property.

“With the increased growth our area is experiencing, we are seeing a high demand for facilities of this nature,” said Seagate Development CEO Matt Price.

The company recently completed Arbor Towne Storage in Fort Myers, and in a joint venture with Ave Maria Development, is nearing completion of Ave Maria Storage Units in Collier County.
