Seagate Development Begins New Center For Conditioned Air

Seagate Development Group recently began development of Conditioned Air’s new operations center, located at 14550 Global Parkway in the Southwest International Commerce Park in Fort Myers. The building will support the company’s growing operations throughout Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties.

Totaling 52,710sf, the facility will consist of approximately 10,800sf of office space, more than 31,000sf of warehouse space, and an almost 11,000sf mezzanine for storage and future expansion. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art training center and laboratory where technicians can expand their industry knowledge, keep abreast of the latest trends, and interact with current technology and equipment.

As the project’s developer, Seagate purchased the land, was contracted to construct the building and will lease the offices back to Conditioned Air. Jerry Messioner and Derek Bornhorst of Lee & Associates assisted in brokering the deal.
