Seagate Development Group completed the interior of Heritage Carpet and Tile’s new location in Premier Airport Park at 16240 Airport Park Drive, Suite 140, Fort Myers.
The new headquarters contains approximately 17,000sf of shell warehouse and office space, and consolidates the company’s two facilities into one location.
Seagate used metal stud and drywall partitions to take advantage of the natural light provided by exterior aluminum frames, and glass to maximize the remaining space for warehouse operations. It also added high-bay, LED lighting in the warehouse and 2×4 lighting fixtures in the office areas. Heritage provided tile in the entry and common areas, and carpet in the offices.
