Stevens Completes Truly Nolen Building

Truly Nolen Pest Control has a new residential and commercial sales building on Edison Avenue in Fort Myers. Previ­ously, its commercial team was located a few miles east of the residential team.

Stevens Construction built the two-story, 9,722sf facility to combine residential and commercial sales, as well as for service and administration departments, and warehouse storage. It also demolished the existing building on the site to allow for expanded parking.

The project was designed by Studio A.D. Architect.

The Stevens team consisted of project manager, Michael Brooks, superintendent Dan Oak and project administrator Rebeccah Cabana.
