Stevens Construction has completed construction of a 48,000sf luxury home furnishings showroom for the retailer Clive Daniel Home.
The contractor transformed a vacant grocery and liquor store into the new showroom at 8650 Gladiolus Drive, Suite 200, Fort Myers, a location that provides a convenient destination for island clientele. The project included complete interior demolition and redesign of the floorplan to accommodate a design center, receiving and warehouse storage, café with a kitchen, and offices. Exterior work included the addition of a welcoming entrance with decorative awnings, landscaping and painting of the entire building.
Stevens Construction also completed Clive Daniel Home’s 70,000sf Sarasota showroom in 2022.
