Stevens Construction Names New H.R. Director

Sandra Evans, PHR has been promoted to human resources director for Stevens Construction.
Evans leads human resource initiatives for the company’s office locations in Fort Myers, Tampa, and Orlando, managing the recruiting, onboarding, benefit plans, open enrollment process, training, and wellness programs.
As a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Evans has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, demonstrating her proficiency in human resource management, including laws and regulations. Evans is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management from Colorado State Global University.
