Stevens Construction Transforms Vacant Retail Space

Stevens Construction completed an interior renovation of a vacant 9,234sf retail space for Fountain Life, which has a mission to change health care from reactive to proactive by utilizing cutting-edge artificial intelligence to collect data and gain insights into the human body.
Located at 1000 Immokalee Road, Suite 90, in Naples, the new center includes multiple patient suites, treatment rooms, an infusion room, offices and diagnostic testing such as DEXA scan, CT scan and MRI. The suite is adorned with refined finishes like a barrel-vault ceiling, opaque frosted glass doors, wood-accented grid ceilings and LED lighting,
The Stevens team included Superintendents Rich McDonald and Gary Tipton, Project Administrator Angie Sugg and Project Manager Jay Wolfe. Fountain Life was designed by HuntonBrady Architects.
