Stevens Construction Transforms Vacant Retail Space

Stevens Construction completed an interior renovation of a vacant 9,234sf retail space for Fountain Life, which has a mission to change health care from reactive to proactive by utiliz­ing cutting-edge artificial intelligence to collect data and gain insights into the human body.

Located at 1000 Immokalee Road, Suite 90, in Naples, the new center includes multiple patient suites, treat­ment rooms, an infusion room, offices and diagnostic testing such as DEXA scan, CT scan and MRI. The suite is adorned with refined finishes like a barrel-vault ceiling, opaque frosted glass doors, wood-accented grid ceil­ings and LED lighting,

The Stevens team included Super­intendents Rich McDonald and Gary Tipton, Project Administrator Angie Sugg and Project Manager Jay Wolfe. Fountain Life was designed by Hunt­onBrady Architects.
