Fort Myers-based Sunizo Superior Realty Management has been selected to manage Maple Leaf Plaza in Port Charlotte, thereby expanding its presence to eight Florida counties.

Located at 2200 Kings Highway, Maple Leaf Plaza consists of three buildings with 11 retail spaces. Although much of the space is occupied by long-term tenants, four units are available for lease.

In addition to Florida, Sunizo currently manages industrial, retail, and office space in Georgia and Texas. The company’s impressive tenant list includes Starbucks, SunTrust, and Kohler, among others.
