SVN|KOVA Establishes Marco Island Location

KOVA Companies has opened a third location in Southwest Florida.

Operating as SVN|KOVA Marco Island, the new office is at 317 N. Collier Blvd. on Marco Island, bringing new and expanded commercial brokerage services to Marco Island, Isles of Capri and Everglades City. The firm’s other local offices are in Fort Myers and Naples.

KOVA Companies was founded in 1990 as a privately-owned, full-service commercial real estate firm. The firm expanded its commercial brokerage and property management offerings in 2017 through its affiliation with SVN International Corp. (SVNIC), a globally recognized commercial real estate brand.

Marco Island native Steve Purcell is the managing director for SVN|KOVA’s newest office. With more than 25 years of experience, he is a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker who has closed more than 1,500 transactions on Marco Island. He specializes in both commercial and residential real estate on the island and surrounding areas.

“Our top priority is getting the most value for our clients,” says Purcell, who double-majored in finance and real estate at the University of Florida. “We believe national collaboration, via a top commercial real estate brand that markets to the entire brokerage community, is the way to achieve a top-notch level of service.”

Purcell is active in the community and serves on the board of the Marco Island Lions Club and Take a Soldier Fishing. He also volunteers with Meals for Hope and American Cancer Society.
