Waltbillig & Hood General Con­tractors has completed Mainsail Apartments, a four-story, 100-unit complex near the Marco Island Bridge in Marco Shores. The 132,000sf com­plex was designed by MHK Architec­ture and includes garage buildings, a clubhouse with a pool, gym, lounge area, administrative offices and a mail area with a parcel-holding room.
