During the fourth quarter, Vantage Construction Services, LLC, completed the renovation of the full-service Fiore & Ela Salon and Beauty Bar, which is now open at 9377 Ben C. Pratt Parkway in Fort Myers.
Renovation of the 1,700sf space included selective interior demolition, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cabinets, paint, flooring and a unique, curvy soffit design. Salon owners Pam Gibson and Nicole Fiore worked with Sheeley Architects to translate their design ideas into workable plans.
Vantage Construction has also begun renovations for a new Lake Michigan Credit Union office at 2470 Immokalee Road in Naples. This will be the credit union’s second Southwest Florida location.
In addition to demolition work, the project involves extensive interior renovations to the 4000sf building including new paint, flooring, cabinets, and electrical and HVAC systems. Also, part of the existing space will be restructured to provide three drive-through lanes and a drive-up ATM. The project is slated for completion in late spring.
